Think Twice Before Using Your Insurance Companies Preferred Vendor
Video Transcript
So sometimes I’m asked who I would recommend for an insurance company and who I would not recommend and I certainly have some thoughts and feelings and opinions about that. A short list of companies that the definitely I think are good. A short list of companies that I think are not so good.
I was on a job site with an adjuster. This adjuster was a public adjuster works for property owners, doesn’t work for an insurance company and I heard his response to that and it was interesting I thought. And something I could agree with. He said a good just quick and dirty good rule of thumb as to who a good insurance company is or who you could trust is the ones that you see spending a lot of money to advertise and especially advertise on TV. Don’t don’t do business with them. And as I thought of the company’s that are advertising on TV, I tended to agree with them. That’s a good rule of thumb. There spending big money to attract customers when they could attract customers other ways by phenomenal service and taking care of customers and customers will just flock to them by referrals and they would stay with them.
So, I thought that was a good recommendation, beware of companies that are spending a lot of money on advertising.
We Can Help With Your Disaster Insurance Cleanup Claim
One of the most stressful parts of being in a disaster is knowing that it’s going to be months and months of waiting for your insurance company to approve a claim. The restorative process can begin as soon as possible, but until then, you’re stuck with a damaged house. A highly recommended way to ensure that the process goes as quickly and smoothly as possible is to find a good restoration company to help you with your claim.
Why not just use your insurance’s preferred vendor? They work for the insurance company, not you. If they’re busy or not available, you could be stuck waiting even longer for your home to be repaired. It’s best to choose your own vendor who will put your needs and wants above anything else.
One of the most important factors in selecting a restoration company is not necessarily the price they offer, but rather the company’s track record in dealing with insurance companies. When your insurance company is paying for your damage, you want someone on your side to help you get a fair settlement.
When it comes to home insurance, you want a company that looks out for your interests—that means finding a company that will fight for you if something happens to your home. While there are several companies that offer excellent service, one of the most reliable is Bio Clean of Utah. Our reputation for standing behind their work is unparalleled in the industry.
Of course, not all insurance companies look out for their client’s interests. Some of them might be more interested in getting your business instead of providing good service. This is why it’s important to do some research on the company before you sign up with them. You don’t want to get stuck with a company that won’t take care of you if something happens to your home.
It’s a fact of life that things break, and sometimes those things are expensive to fix. If you need help with your disaster cleanup, Bio Clean of Utah is ready to help. Call us at 801-335-3227.
