Professional Ceiling Water Damage Repair in Utah

Chris and Jose came to my home today to give me an estimate. They were friendly and super knowledgable. They gave me confidence that they are equip to solve a nagging problem in our home.

CALL BIO CLEAN BEFORE BUYING A HOUSE. These guys literally saved us from buying a moldy house. We bought a mold free home & are so much happier/healthier than we would've been. The house didn’t look/smell like it would be moldy at all, but when our home inspector (Josh at Spotlight- epic job on his part so shoutout to him too) found a trace of mold, he recommended we get professionals out to test. This was absolutely critical in making an informed decision, turns out there was a MINIMUM of $4500 to abate. Bio Clean was extremely transparent that their estimate could easily be a fraction of what the actual abatement would cost once the entire wall was opened, depending on the extent of the issue. Long story short, thank GOD we didn’t move in there, and if we hadn’t called these guys I don’t know if another company would’ve been as thorough or as honest.

Blake and the team at BioClean provided me and my wife with outstanding and remarkably thorough and immediate attention to an incident in which a broken water tank had resulted in water damage in our house. They were on the job immediately, calmly assessed the situation, provided an explanation of what had occurred, and developed a detailed action plan that they began to implement the next day ... and that solved our problem quicker than we could have anticipated. They provided peace of mind for what could have been a very difficult situation. They are also very cost effective. While we obviously hope we won't need to use BioClean again, if we ever have another similar problem, they'd be the only firm we'd call. In short, we can't recommend them enough to anyone who needs assistance with the assessment and/or remediation of water damage.

Daryl reviewed the results of a mold test we had conducted by another company and then did a physical inspection of our property. He was responsive, thorough, and professional. Other than a couple of minor spots where he gave specific advice for cleaning up, he did not find we had a serious mold problem. He did not propose extensive repairs/remediation when not needed.

Daryl was able to come out quickly and review some mold issues in the crawl space under the house we purchased. His expertise helped us mitigate costs on closing and he provided avenues on how best to treat and fix the problem. He was timely, efficient, proactive, and very insightful. The written report was informative and provided the correct avenues for recourse. I can't thank him enough for all the help he provided. During the course of closing on our house, we somehow forgot to pay the bill for the inspection. They did not hound us and were very gracious when I realized we had somehow missed paying the bill. Bio Clean of Utah did an amazing job and thorough inspection of the mold issues I discovered in my condo. They explained the issue and possible causes for the problem in a very easy to understand way. I needed them fast as I was re-doing the floors in my condo and discovered the water damage covered up by the previous owner. They took care of the problem very quickly and professionally and made sure that everything in my place was protected while they were doing repairs. I highly recommend them for mold removal. He told me exactly what to do. AND, he even referred me to an air duct cleaning company close by and suggested I have my ducts cleaned for better air quality in the house. We called Bio Clean to inspect for water damage and tell us if they saw or suspected mold. They did a really great job, used moisture detection, and showed us some things to keep an eye on. They went above and beyond and really helped us get some peace of mind for our house purchase.

Guided by the thorough, experienced hand of Daryl, Bio Clean salvaged the crawl space in our home, installing a sump pump system and sealing the moisture below a waterproof membrane. Two years later, he returned when called about an odor issue unrelated to the crawl space. The problem was analyzed quickly and recommendations were made. The word ‘trust’ comes to mind when thinking about Bio Clean.

We recently had a leaky water heater that went unnoticed for about a month. This resulted in the walls surrounding the water heater growing mold.
